Barry Viniker – Big Boss (he’s 6’4)
Barry has worked in marketing communications since the age of 16. His passion for creative media saw him complete a degree in Politics whilst working full time at an advertising agency in Leicester. Working in marketing on client side for Telia, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, esctoday.com and the Conservative Party and agency side at Mindshare (media buying), Riverhorse (Studio Manager), Clear Focus Design and Marketing (Head of Client serviceS).

Michalis Vranis – Head of Multimedia
Michalis gives BVC an international edge. He works for the company from Thesaloniki, Greece. He first worked with Barry on esctoday.com and together they created magic covering several Eurovision Song Contests. Having completed a degree in informatics and programming for web, Michalis now manages the website as well as working on website developing and design, management and social media projects for BVC.
