About The Client
There’s plenty of synergy between BVC and our client Simone Viniker. For one, we share a name. Simone Viniker is a fully qualified and respected optometrist (the new and preferred medical title for our friendly eye doctors that we would all rather call opticians). She has always had a passion for colour an advocate of optical treatments for the alleviation of medical conditions such as dyslexia, migraines, Meares-Irlen Syndrome and many others. Recently, Simone embraced the specialist area of colorimetry and has established herself as one of the United Kingdom’s most experienced eye examiners and treatment providers.
Our brief
Having practiced optometry for the NHS and for several private optician and optometrist practices, Simone needed to brand her specialist colorimetry treatment in order to help develop knowledge and understanding of the service and how it can benefit both adults and children with dyslexia, learning difficulties and reading difficulties. BVC was asked to find a way to develop the understanding of colorimetry in the market whilst making Simone Viniker known to schools and colleges to expand her service provision.
What we did
BVC created an eye-catching corporate brand (pardon the pun) that relies on very few words. We created a unique and eye catching business card with an attention-grabbing design and interchangeable reverse to emphasise that colorimetry is for men, women and children, and that colour solutions are different for every patient.
The online marketing and social media works focuses on the new www.dyslexia-colorimetry.co.uk website. It uses soft colours to ensure an easy to read for people with or without the symptoms treated by colorimetry. It frames the brand imagery whilst providing important information and understanding of service and easy contact for booking eye tests and examinations.
We were also asked to manage the social media programme to drive traffic to the website and help increase the number of patients that find out about colorimetry and visit Simone Viniker for an eye examination.
